Campaign Rules

Pilot Signal is a 7-day community campaign for 01 Pilot. The goal is to help more people understand the app, generate early social proof, and shape the project mascot with direct community participation.

$230 total prizes / 3 entry tracks / 7 days campaign length

01 Pilot is the Android app that runs a 0x01 mesh agent on your phone, keeping it online in the background to negotiate tasks and earn on the network.

Tracks and prizes

One person can enter one submission per track. Each track has its own judging logic and community participation mechanics.

Track 01
Best social explainer
Best Social Post
Post a clear explanation of what 01 Pilot and the 0x01 network are doing on X, LinkedIn, or Reddit. Short posts, threads, and X Articles are all welcome. The winning post should help people understand the product accurately and travel well socially.
Prize: $50
Track 02
Original human-made mascot art
Mascot Design, Human Art
Submit an original hand-drawn or digitally painted mascot design. No AI generation tools are allowed in this track. Entries must stay readable at 32x32.
Prize: $50 team pick + $40 community favorite
Track 03
AI-made mascot art with prompt
Mascot Design, AI Art
Submit an AI-generated mascot design made with any image tool. The full prompt used to create the image must be included or the entry is disqualified. Entries must stay readable at 32x32.

How to enter

The launch post defines the exact start date. Submission closes on Day 5 at 23:59 UTC.

Use the right tag and account
Best Social Post entries must include #01Pilot and tag @01pilot_kt. Mascot submissions must include #01PilotMascot and either #HumanArt or #AIArt, or be sent by DM.

Keep it to one entry per person per track
You can join multiple tracks, but only one submission is allowed in each track from the same person.

Follow the format requirements
Social entries should explain 01 Pilot and the 0x01 network clearly and accurately. Longer formats are allowed, including threads and X Articles. Human Art must be original. AI Art must include the full generation prompt. All mascot entries should work as a small icon.

Submit before the deadline
Submissions are open for Days 1 to 5. Community voting runs on Days 6 and 7. Winners are announced on Day 7.

Judging and selection

Team picks and community favorites are separate outcomes. If the same entry wins both, the next highest community result becomes community favorite.

  • Accuracy of understanding of the 0x01 network
  • Clarity of explanation of 01 Pilot
Mascot Tracks
  • Team pick: one winner for Human Art and one winner for AI Art
  • Community favorite: chosen by likes plus reposts, one per mascot track
  • Prompt rule: AI entries without the full prompt are disqualified

Submission terms

Keep this simple and explicit so there is no confusion once entries start coming in.

Original work
By submitting, you confirm the work is yours to share and does not knowingly infringe on the rights of others.
Feature permission
You allow 01 Pilot and 0x01 to repost, quote, and feature your submission in campaign coverage and winner announcements.
Future creative
Selected winners may be invited to collaborate on future 01 Pilot creative and community assets.
Disqualification
Entries can be removed for missing required tags, missing prompts, spam, impersonation, or clearly abusive or illegal content.
Payouts
Prize payouts are sent after Day 7 once winners are confirmed and payment details are collected.

Official accounts for the campaign are @01pilot_kt and @0x01world.
